Crystal Coast Consulting is led by a technology executive with more than 30 years in the field. The first half of that career was spent inside organizations — rising to Director-level roles running IT departments for mid-size and global enterprises, with a specialty in restructuring and strengthening systems and infrastructure. That work spanned a wide range of industries: a large non-profit, a private education provider, a gaming retailer and manufacturer, a high-net-worth financial brokerage, and a pharmaceutical CRO.

After fifteen years leading internal teams, the focus shifted to the provider side — partnering with managed service providers and systems integrators across sales, solution development, and consulting. Most recently, as a Principal Consultant on NTT Data's Advisory team, that role covered strategic advisory for global enterprises, program management for worldwide implementations, the launch of a new FinOps consulting practice, and cloud cost optimization sprints for international companies — frequently advising C-level executives directly.

That combination is the difference. We have owned the budgets and the outages, and we have delivered the projects from the other side of the contract. We know what actually works.
